What food will be served on board?
You will have the chance to savour many culinary delights on board and we will also be having dinner ashore so you can experience the amazing local cuisine too. On board, you will be provided with all your breakfasts, lunches and appetisers and dinners. The number of dinners provided on each trip is detailed in each of the itineraries in the pricing section. We strive to provide you with delicious food and have had great feedback from our guests on our menus. You can find out more about our yacht menu the Food page.
Will you be able to accommodate dietary requests?
Yes. We can accommodate vegetarian and celiac diets and we will do our best to accommodate any other specific food requests you may have including food allergies such as nut or citrus allergies. We are unable to cater for vegan or kosher diets. You will be asked about any specific dietary requirements you may have via our preference sheet.
What happens when we go ashore for dinner?
Either Neil or Sam will share the restaurant options available on shore and based on your feedback we will make a reservation. Then we will head ashore and we usually dine as a group. The restaurants around the Caribbean vary in style and price and we usually have no problem finding something that suits all tastes and budgets. We help manage payment of the bill so that everyone pays for what they have had.
What is a standard bar?
A standard bar includes soft and alcoholic drinks.
- Examples of soft drinks available on Nemo: Water, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Fruit Juices
- Examples of alcoholic drinks on Nemo: Local beers, Wine (Red, Rose, White), House brand Spirits (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whisky etc).
You will be asked for your preferences before you join us on a yacht charter, so we can stock up on the appropriate drinks.
Is there a limit on the bar?
Whilst we do offer an all-inclusive cabin charter that does not mean we can provide an unlimited bar on Nemo.
We, like many people, appreciate a tipple or two at the end of the day. We ask though that if you would like to have an alcoholic drink at lunch, you keep it to a maximum of two beers or equivalent if we are sailing again.
We will decline to serve beverages to anyone that is overly intoxicated for their own safety on Nemo.
